To great extent, the economy of every major society as well as that of every country in the world relies on how well products they produce, or manufacture, are consumed. Experts and scientists construed that Vikings, in fact, were the first ones to conceive the vision of an economy concept. To achieve their visionary concept, Vikings ventured to the seas to sell their goods to other societies. Their vision prove to be a success. The economy of any society will enjoy strong growth as long as its goods are made, or manufactured, and then sold to and bought by the citizens of such society. Moreover, should the goods and / or products be sold to other societies or countries ~just as the Vikings did~ the economy of their society will balloon in size, and grow exponentially. The reason for such growth is because there are now revenues coming in from abroad adding to their economy. Simple mathematic and common sense allows to deduce that if members of a society spend more of their money buying products from a country other than theirs and less money purchasing goods or products manufactured by their own people, their economy will substantially suffer and deflate like a balloon with an air leak. Explained in few and simple terms, this is the most basic process needed for a healthy economy to exist, and then to thrive. Such basic and seemingly simplistic process may further rotate an economy into a wealthy and successful one when one country is rich in natural resources, and those resources are sold to other countries. Again, when sales of goods or products are transacted with another countries, growth is exponentially greater because there are now revenues flowing in from abroad. An example of what bringing in revenues from abroad can do to an economy could be seen with countries selling petroleum or oil. That exact same effect can be seen in a country such as China which is enjoying a sustained and healthy economy growth for great number of years as a result of selling what they manufacture to huge number of countries. In the process, China creates substantial number of jobs for their people. A significant percentage of Americans complaint about a lack of enough jobs. They are rightful in doing so. Unfortunately, it is likely that those Americans carelessly consume products not even considering where those products are made. Each time a car or a pair of sneakers ~or anything else for that matter~ is purchased with no regard as to where the product was made, the consumer is promoting for jobs to go elsewhere and their currency as well. Those jobs will not remain in their country and a good portion of the currency used in the transaction will also end up elsewhere. Those jobs going abroad ~along with a sizeable portion of those consumers' money~ weaken their very own economy, hurt the well being of American workers with families who cannot attain decent American standard of living; and great many businesses and entire industries are unable to flourish. All as a result of buying without concerns. it could all be in the hands of just few, but it is in the heart of each AmericanIt may take not much effort for an American administration to launch campaigns aimed at its citizens promoting the purchase of American made products. It cannot be done officially. The reason is because the U.S.A. promotes free enterprise, and such an act would undermine the relationship with great many countries throughout the world.
Particularly so the many countries that look at such huge market of American people's money ~and their lack of economy vision~ as one way to enrich their economies, and to bring jobs to their own people. Copyright Policy Copyright © MM - MMVIII • Fountain-of-Wisdom.com • All rights reserved
