Best Interest in the Heart

in the hands of few or
in the hearts of many

There is yet a splendid open road in the conscience of each individual American citizen. It is a matter of becoming aware of how beneficial it will be  ~and how much healthier their own country's economy will become~  should they themselves take active action to demand all major retailers to sell more American made products.  Then, to purchase those displaying the "Made in USA" label.

Since American employees are paid higher wages, it is likely that prices may be higher. However, it might be hard to find too many experts not agreeing that it would be just a small price to pay when compared to an upward spiral of gains such as:

* Substantial number of Americans will find employment and / or will keep their
   already existing jobs
* They are all likely to earn better wages.
* Younger generations of Americans about to enter the work force will find work.
* Vast numbers of American manufacturers will be given solid chance to succeed.
* Billions of dollars will not constantly and forever end up going abroad.

Instead, that wealth stays circulating within the U.S. economy providing great benefits to manufacturers, suppliers, employers, and employees.  It provides yet another huge and meaningful benefit:  More and Better Government Services.

what will it take to achieve
such flourishing prospect ?

a visionary concept

Although the process might be slow, the answer is not that complicated; and certainly feasible.  The crucial and most immediate step is to become aware of where products we consume are made.

Secondly, it lies on putting to work a power and the right all Americans have; and that is to tell local and national major retailers that there is a healthful trend people wants them to follow.  It is achieved by sending letters to their headquarters, or main offices. The finest retailers are usually run by people with a worthy conscience, and they listen when customers talk.

Thirdly, and certainly not less important, the media could receive copies of every letter. The media wants and even needs to publish or to broadcast what people wants.

As it happened to the Vikings, it altogether can unquestionably create upward spiral of success which can only go one way: benefits to all Americans, their economy, and their own country as a whole.

To be an American is having a birth certificate.  To be a
good American is having the best interest in the heart.
